The applicant, through jail, applies for his release on parole, on the ground that he has to look out for a groom for his sister. The history of the applicant shows that he is convicted under Section 302 of IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was released earlier on several occasions and at least on two times, he had surrendered late and in one, as late as 543 days. In any case, looking out for a groom for his sister is no ground for releasing a prisoner, who has been convicted for an offence of murder. The story would have been different if the marriage was to actually take place. In this view of the matter, application is rejected.
