In view of an affidavit filed by learned APP Mr Nigam Shukla, learned advocate Mr Kakkad wanted some time to enable him to get instructions. S.O. to 23rd October, 1996.

It would be open to the petitioners to take possession of the house in question as according to statement made by learned APP Mr Shukla, the house in question is not in possession of the police authorities.
