Rule. Learned Government Counsels Mr. M.R.Anand with Mrs. Ami Yagnik waive the service of Rule.
The applicants were granted bail by the appropriate Court, as they were charged with the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC. There was a condition in the bail orders that they should not enter into the revenue limits of village Aanadej. Later on, the allegation was that twice they had breached the condition. The explanation of the applicants is that they were required to be go to village Aanadej for taking care of their agricultural lands. Now, there is a request coming from the learned Counsel for the applicants that they should be released on appropriate bail subject to the condition that they shall not enter into the revenue limits of the said village. The application is granted. Each of the applicants is hereby ordered and directed to be released on bail in sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) and P.B. of the like amount subject to the condition that they shall not enter into the revenue limits of village Aanadej and Sarkhej also. Each of them shall remain present at Sanand Taluka Police Station every fortnightly during the morning hours. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
