1. Pursuant to notice issued by this Court, learned advocate Mr. Premal Raj has appeared for the original claimants.
2. It is stated by learned advocate for the applicant-appellant that the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal with costs and interest has already been deposited by the applicant before the Tribunal.
3. In view of the above, the amount deposited by the applicant shall now be disbursed and invested by the Tribunal as directed in its final order dated 30.6.2010. We direct that Fixed Deposit Receipt(s) shall be renewed from time to time till the main First Appeal is finally heard and decided by this Court. We also order that the claimants shall be entitled to withdraw periodical interest accrued on such Fixed Deposit Receipt(s).
4. With the above directions, this application is disposed of. Interim Relief granted vide order dated 23.9.2011 is confirmed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
