JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) By way of this application, the applicants seeks condonation of delay of 192 occurred in filing the First Appeal.
We find that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay occurred in filing the first appeal. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
Office shall, now, place the First Appeal for admission hearing on 16th April 2012.
