"Heard Mr. S.V.Parmar, ld.Advocate for the petitioner. By the impunged order the Additional Development Commissioner has granted interim injunction in favour of Respondent No.1. The Appeal is pending and inspite of the fact that there is a pending defence that might not have locus-standi he is being heard. The order is a reasoned order. It being an interim order, it would not be just and proper to exercise the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution. Hence rejected".
