: (Per R.A. Mehta, J.) In each of these five applications an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) has been remitted to State Bank of India, Kanti Branch, Mujaffarpur, Bihar, which amount is credited to the savings bank account of each of the applicants. These applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.24,000/- out of the aforesaid amount from the Bank and use and utilise the same as and when they need and the Bank is permitted to debit their accounts and permit them to withdraw the said amount of Rs.24,000/-.
2.An amount of Rs.75,000/- in respect of each set of the applicants is deposited in this Court. The office of the High Court is directed that this amount of Rs.75,000/- for the applicants in each of the applications shall be invested in the name of the applicants with Larsen & Toubro Limited, of which respondent no.7 - Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd., Surat is a subsidiary company. These amounts (Rs.75,000/- in each application) shall be invested for a minimum period of 5 (five) years in the first instance and to be renewed from time to time. The interest accruing thereon every month shall be remitted and shall be transferred by the Larsen & Toubro Ltd. to the respective savings bank account of the applicants. The names of the applicants and their bank accounts are as follows :
