JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the appellant requests to issue fresh notice to the respondents, including the respondent for whom notice issued has not been received back. He further requests to serve the same by RPAD. He states that if there is any change in the address of the respondents, the same shall be provided by him within two days only.
Hence, FRESH NOTICE to the unserved respondents, including the respondent for whom notice has not been received back, returnable on 10th October 2012. To be served through RPAD at the costs of the appellant.
