Thie appeal from order is preferred against the order dated 19th October 1992 passed by the Civil Judge (S.D.), Baroda, below Application Exh.5 in Special Civil Suit No.328/991.
While admitting the matter a statement was made on behalf of the Government Pleader that status quo will be maintained till Special Civil Application No.8082/92 is heard by this Court.
The office is directed to place on record the judgement passed in Special Civil Application No.8082/92. S.O. to 13th January 2005.
