Rule.
The present Civil Application has been filed to amend the cause-title with regard to the address of the Respondent as stated in paragraph 2 of the Application.
Therefore, prayer in terms of paragraph 5(b) deserves to be granted and accordingly, the present Civil Application stands allowed. The Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in First Appeal (Stamp) No. 2429 of 2011 as well as Civil Application No. 2891 of 2011, and upon such amendment being carried out within 2 days, Fresh Notice is ordered to be issued to the Respondents returnable on 10.4.2012.
The present Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute.
