Heard Mr. Zubin Bharda, learned advocate for the applicant.
By this application, extension is sought for time, which is to expire on 31st May 2012 as ordered by this Court in order dated 24th April 2012. Propriety demands that this application should also be considered by the same Honourable Judge. Hence, Rule returnable on 15th June 2012. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, when it is contended that the arbitration proceedings are almost over and only the pronouncement of award is to take place, and that could not be completed only because of death of family member of one of the members of the Arbitral Tribunal and if the extension is not granted today, the entire exercise of years may go in vain. Considering this aspect, the time, for the present, is extended till next date of hearing i.e. 15th June 2012.
