1. The applicants have sought extension of time to deposit amount as per our order dated 24.02.2012.
2. By aforesaid order, we have granted conditional stay against execution and implementation of the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The applicants have to deposit entire amounts of the award with proportionate costs and interest before the Tribunal latest by 31.03.2011. The applicants have stated in the application that because applicants are required to take necessary steps for getting approval from concerned authorities for the purpose of depositing the amount, time is required to be extended with the condition as per the aforesaid order.
3. Considering the averments, we are of the opinion that these applications are required to be allowed. The applications are allowed. Time for six weeks as sought for is granted.
