1. These appeals arise out of common award dated 31.3.2009 passed by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Dhrangadhra.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that by the said award, large number of land reference cases were disposed of, giving rise to several first appeals before this Court. Group of first appeals, being First Appeal No.2883 of 2011 and other connected appeals, came to be decided by the Division Bench of this Court on 17.3.2011. Appeals were partially allowed. On the basis of such order, First Appeal No.2971 of 2011 came to be decided by the Division Bench of this Court on the same line on 21.10.2011. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that these appeals also require to be disposed of in the same manner.
3. These appeals are admitted. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Moxa Thakkar waives service of notice of admission on behalf of the respondents.
5. Filing of paper-book is dispensed with. Appeals shall be placed for hearing on 16th February 2012.
