(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1 This appeal has been filed by the appellants - original petitioners challenging the Order dated 19th October, 2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 15973 of 2011 challenging the show cause notice dated 15.9.2011 issued by the respondent No.2 - Collector. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to interfere with the show cause notice issued by the respondent No.2 - Collector as the appellants - original petitioners are bound to give reply to the said show cause notice and thereafter the respondent No.2 - Collector shall proceed further with the matter in accordance with law.
2 For the aforesaid reason, this Appeal is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the appellants to submit their reply before the respondent No.2 - Collector.
3 In view of the aforesaid order passed in the main appeal, Civil Application No. 12483 of 2011 does not survive and accordingly it is dismissed.
