A letter dated 26.7.2001 from the District Judge, Surendranagar, along with the communication of the Manager, Rajkot Nagrik Sahkari Bank Limited, is placed on record. The information furnished by the Bank to the District Judge is that a Demand Draft issued in favour of the Registrar of High Court was purchased by the Current Account holder - Dharti Corporation under Account No.795. Names of the partners of Dharti Corporation have also been given out therein. An affidavit sworn by the applicants, pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 23.7.2001, is also tendered by learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the same is taken on record.

In these circumstances, prayer made by applicants - original appellants in this application deserves acceptance and the registry is directed that the amount deposited with the High Court by Dharti Corporation be returned by Demand Draft, at the cost of applicants, in the name of Dharti Corporation along with interest accrued thereon. The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
