1. In response to the notice issued by us, learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Moxa Thakkar appeared for respondent State and learned counsel Shri Munshaw appeared for respondent No.2 District Development Officer.
2. Respondent No.2 has filed affidavit in reply pointing out that the order of the Court is fully complied with and all payments were made. Along with the affidavit, respondent No.2 has also produced letter dated 22.3.2012 written by the applicant to D.D.O.
3. In view of the above developments, no further steps are required to be taken in the contempt petition. Same is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
