I have heard the learned Counsels on both the sides.
This is the application for modification of the conditions imposed by this Court as per the order dated 7.12.1995 passed in Criminal Misc.Application No.4864/95 while granting bail to the petitioner herein.In the facts and circumstances of the case and as sufficient time has lapsed since the date of occurrence, the prayer for modification of the conditions No.1 and 2 imposed upon the petitioner is granted. Accordingly, the petitioner shall report at Rajkot City 'C' Division Police Station on 1st of every month, instead of every week, between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The condition as regards not leaving the limits of Rajkot District is hereby struck off.
Rule is accordingly made absolute.
Direct Service Permitted.
