Appearance: vs Mrs. Ami Yagnik

Rule. Ld. Government Counsel Mrs. Ami Yagnik waives the service of rule. In the facts and circumstances of the case, and especially taking in to consideration of the fact that the petitioner happens to be a woman accused, she requires to be released on appropriate bail. The application is granted. She is ordered to be released on bail in sum of Rs.5000-00 and the P.B. of like amount. She shall not leave the State of Gujarat without having obtained the prior permission of the Sessions Court at Surat. Rule is made absolute accordingly. D.S. permitted.
