Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 2.12.1996, Mr.D.C.Dave, makes a statement that the trial has already commenced by examining the doctor on 21.12.1996 and is again fixed on 2nd,3rd and 4th of January,1997 for purpose of recording the evidence of other prosecution witnesses. In view of this, Mr.Lakhani seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Rejected as withdrawn. Notice discharged.
