Rule. Learned Government Counsel Mr. Umesh Trivedi waives the service of the Rule.
The application is for the order in nature of anticipatory bail. It is alleged that the petitioners were having a fair price shop and that, they had supplied the pulse of different quality. Looking to the facts & circumstances of the case the present application requires to be allowed. It is therefore hereby orders and directed that, if the petitioners are arrested for the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. and Section 3 & 7 of the Essential Commodities Act registered at Jambughoda police station, Dist. Panchamahals, each of them shall be released on bail in sum of Rs.3000-00 and the P.B. of like amount. Other conditions attached to anticipatory bail orders shall be deemed to be the conditions of the present orders. D.S.Permitted. Rule made absolute accordingly.
