JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
The present Special Criminal Application has been filed under Articles 14, 19, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and also without mentioning any specific provision it is vaguely stated under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for the prayer as stated in the Application.
After arguing for some time, learned Advocate Mr. Ashish M. Dagli for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Criminal Application.
Permission as prayed for is granted. The present Special Criminal Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
