In view of the Affidavit filed by the complainant - Sindha Mahendrasinh Jeetsing, learned APP Mr. H.L.Jani for the Respondent - State is directed to get the statements of both the Doctors namely Darshan Banker and Sangeeta Jain recorded with reference to the condition of the Applicant - Accused - Pratapsinh Bhimsinnh Sindha with specific clarification about what is stated in the Affidavit.
It is desirable that over enthusiasm by the Complainant is also at times to be considered when in the Affidavit filed by the Complainant it has been stated that false certificates have been produced.
It is in these circumstances, the I.O. is directed to cross-check with regard to genuineness of the certificates with clear-cut opinion of both the Doctors.
The matter is stand over to 8th May, 2012.
