1. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed to condone delay of 9 days caused in filing the criminal appeal.
2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Jadeja for the applicant learned APP for the opponent No.1. Learned advocate Mr. VB Malik for opponent No.2 is absent.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the fact that the averments made therein are not controverted by filing reply, the applicant has shown sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, this application is required to be allowed.
4. In the result, the application is allowed. Delay of 9 days caused in filing the criminal appeal, is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
