"One Shri H.D. Patel, Secretary, Gujarat Vidyut Technical Karmachari Mandal has sent a communication that the grievance of the petitioner-Mandal has been redressed in view of the Circular dated 13.6.1984 issued by the Respondent-Board and is being implemented by all the Circle Offices of the Respondent-Board uniformly. In that view of the matter, he has sought permission to withdrawn this petition. Permission is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Interim order is vacated."
