(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The petitioner has sought temporary bail for 21 days for performing obsequies upon death of his uncle who has passed away on 20.1.2012. According to the certificate dated 02.02.2012 annexed with the application, the burial ceremony are already performed on 20.1.2012. Hence, the application is rejected.
