3.0 We formulate the following substantial questions of law.
"[A] Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in directing the Assessing Officer to recompute the book profits u/s.115JA of the Act, after considering additional depreciation of Rs.1,86,24,000/-?
[B] Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in directing the Assessing Officer to treat the pre-operative expenses, treated as capital expenses, as cost of assets and allow depreciation thereon?"
