1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced on record an order dated 17.2.2012 passed by the Regional Director of Municipalities, in which necessary orders have been issued for implementation of 6th Pay Commission Recommendation with respect to the employees of the Municipalities.
2. Learned counsel Mr. Sanchela appearing for respondent No.4 Raval Nagar Palika filed affidavit-in-reply dated 23.2.2012, in which also, the said aspect has been indicated.
3. In view of the above developments, we do not see any reasons to take any contempt proceedings against any of the respondents. Direction issued by learned Single Judge to dispose of the representation of the applicant- original petitioner stands sufficiently complied with.
4. The application is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
