1. Learned counsel for the applicants drew our attention to order dated 2.12.2011 passed in Writ Petition (PIL) No.161 of 2011, in which the Division Bench had provided that there will be no coercive steps for dispossession of the hutment dwellers without considering the application/representation already submitted by them and communication of such a decision to the applicants. Counsel submitted that without disposing of the representation or communicating decision thereon, in presence of respondent No.2, hutments of the present applicants were demolished.
2. Issue NOTICE to respondent No.2 along returnable on 21st March 2012.
