Heard Mr.C.H.Vora, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant.
The learned trial Judge found the plaintiff to be in possession of the cabin land and ordered maintenance of satatus quo with regard to plaintiff's cabin by issuing injunction in favour of the respondent-plaintiff on basis of the certificate under the Bombay Shops and Establishments Act and the relevant receipts of payment of taxes and affidavits at Mark 32/1 to 33/7 and thereby holding a prima facie case and balance of convenience in favour of the respondent-plaintiff. The appeal against the order of interim injunction in favour of the respondent has no merits. Hence the Appeal From Order is dismissed.
