Mr.K. T. Dave, Ld.AGP for respondents tenders affidavit-in-reply alongwith the report of the Mamlatdar pursuant to the inspection carried out on 08/02/2000. Mr.Harin P. Raval, for the petitioner undertakes that within one week from today the Managing Director of the petitioner - Company shall file an undertaking on affidavit that the Company shall remove all the defects pointed out in the previous order dated 30th October, 1999 (at Annexure-H to the petition) and also in the inspection report dated 08/02/2000 (at Annexure-A to the petition) to the reply-in-affidavit.
2.In view of the above undertaking to be filed by the petitioner, the following order is passed :-
Rule. Subject to the condition that the Managing Director of the petitioner - Company shall file an undertaking as aforesaid within one week from today, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue till further orders.
The Competent Authority or his delegate shall carry out periodical inspections of the Water Park and the requisite facilities.
