Learned Advocate Mr. K.S.Acharya for the petitioner states before the Court that the respondent-Mill Company has approached the Board of Industrial Finance Reconstruction, as it is a sick unit and is closed down at present. In view of these state of affairs, learned Advocate states that the petition at present does not survive. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdrawn this petition. Permission is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. No costs.
