This application is filed by convict Jesabhai Sadabhai Nayak from jail praying for temporary bail for the purpose of carrying out agricultural operation. He has produced the extracts of revenue record issued by Talati-cum-Mantri of Aniyad Gram Panchayat. In view of the fact that the convict is undergoing lifer since 11.4.1997, has enjoyed one furlough leave and has surrendered in time, without there being any untoward incident, and that his jail record is good, if the convict is released on temporary bail with certain conditions, the end of justice will be met. In view of this, convict Jesabhai Sadabhai Nayak is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release, on his executing a personal surety bond in the sum of Rs. 2,500/- before the Jail Authorities, on usual terms and conditions with further condition that he shall report to the Shehara Police Station, any time between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on the next day of his release and on the previous day of his surrender. Rule is made absolute.
