1. In response to the Rule issued, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya appeared for the respondent-State.
2. The applicant seeks temporary bail on the ground that his son is getting married on 24th April 2012.
3. We have perused the jail record presented by learned APP, which shows that in past, on several occasions, the convict was released temporarily and on all occasions, he had surrendered on time.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant-convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period 15 (fifteen) days from the date of his release on depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) before the jail authority. Upon completion of the period, he shall surrender to the jail authority.
5. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
