The applicant-Unit is under the orders of trial production. By this application, it seeks permission to clear 10 MT of Metaphenoxy Benzyldexyde and 3 MTof Benzyl Benzoate.
The applicant agrees and undertakes that an amount of Rs. 2.25 lacs would be deposited in this Court subject to further orders that may be passed in this regard. The Unit also agrees that in addition to the amount of Rs. 50,000/- already deposited towards the inspection by NEERI, a further amount of Rs. 50,000/will be deposited in this Court. The additional amount of Rs. 50,000/for NEERI to be deposited on or before 27th September 1996. The amount of Rs. 2.25 lacs to be deposited by 7th October 1996.
Upon the applicant filing an undertaking to deposit the aforesaid amounts, the applicant is permitted to clear the aforesaid goods. The order of trial production to continue subject to the same terms and conditions and undertaking which has been given earlier. On deposit of the amount of Rs. 2.25 lacs, the High Court to deposit the same in the fixed deposit for a period of of three months. If no order is passed in this regard, it shall be renewed for a further period of three months. The application is disposed of accordingly.
