(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Interim order dated 11.05.2012 passed earlier by this Court is extended till 25th June 2012.

List the matters before a Bench of which both of us (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. M. Sahai and Hon'ble Mr. Justice N. V. Anjaria) are not a member of Bench, after obtaining necessary nomination from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.

Learned Advocate General Mr. Kamal Trivedi has made request that the matter is extremely urgent. Therefore, office to place the matter before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice today itself for necessary orders.
