The present Civil Application has been filed for bringing on record the heirs of the Opponent No.1 who are Opponent Nos. 1/1, 1/1/1, 1/1/2, 1/1/3, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5.
Heard learned AGP Mr. P.P.Banaji for the Applicants. Though served, no one has remained present for the Opponents.
In view of the grounds mentioned, the present Civil Application stands allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph 6(B) is granted permitting the Opponent Nos. 1/1, 1/1/1, 1/1/2, 1/1/3, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 to be joined as Respondents - heirs of the Original Respondent No.1.
Learned AGP shall carry out the amendment within a week. Rule is made absolute.
