Heard Mr.Munsha for the applicants and Mr. H.R.Prajapati for the respondents. Mr.Munsha has stated that the applicants have deposited Rs.2,07,087/- being the amount awarded by the trial court together with costs and interest. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the same after furnishing security to the satisfaction of the trial Court with a clear understanding that the withdrawal is subject to the result of the first appeal. The application is accordingly disposed of . Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.
