Heard the learned counsels for the parties. The petitioners were entitled for grant in aid of the salary to be paid to a protected teachers of primary school to the extent of 50%. The dispute in the present writ petition is that whether the salary payable to the protected teachers to be re-embursed by the respondents by way of grant in aid to the extent of 100% or not. The order which has been passed in the earlier litigation, which has been brought before this Court by the protected teachers, the State Government was directed to pay the grant in aid as per the entitlement under the Circular. Admittedly, the teacher was a protected teachers in the primary section of the petitioner-school and as such the grant was payable only to the extent of 50%. In view of this admitted position, I do not find any substance in this petition and the same is dismissed. Rule is discharged.Interim relief if any granted, stands vacated. No orders as to costs.
