Mr.
Kirtidev R. Dave, learned Advocate, appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant was tried by the learned Sessions Court at Nadiad and has been acquitted from the charges levelled against him in connection with the offences registered with Mahudha Police Station being CR. No.I-165 of 2006 which was sought to be quashed in the present application filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
In view of the development which has taken place during the pendency of the application,the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing the criminal complaint, for which the applicant - accused has been acquitted, does not survive. The present application is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
