1. Learned advocate Ms. Kapadia has expressed anxiety about existence of interim relief granted in Special Civil Application Nos 4564 of 2012 to 4567 of 2012. To set the anxiety at rest, we quote the order in the order-sheet dated 28.09.2012.
"SCA 1326/12 with SCA 4564/12 to 4567/12.
S.
O. to 4/10/12, Interim relief granted as per order dated 14/9/12 to continue.

2. Prior thereto an order was passed on 14.09.2012 where it is observed thus, "Till the matters are listed again before appropriate Court, interim relief granted earlier in Special Civil Application Nos. 4564 to 4567 of 2012 shall continue to operate."
3. In our view, order dated 14.09.2012 making the operation of interim relief limited merged into an order dated 28.09.2012 subsequently and as such the interim relief continues to operate till further orders. S. O. to 30.11.2012.
