1.This Civil Application is made pursuant to the observations in the detailed earlier order in Special Civil Application No.3817 of 2000, which observations read as under:
"It is further clarified that as for the period from 31.8.2000 to 12.9.2000, the dispute, if any, as regards payment or conditions of service may be agitated by way of civil application if any of the parties is aggrieved."
2.Rather than seeking for relief as regards any payment or conditions of service in the context of the aforesaid order, this application prays for grant of status quo ante and to restore the position as on 30.8.2000 and for incorporating the arguments and judgments cited at the Bar during the hearing of the earlier Civil Application as also to clarify the position of notional order of status quo. These prayers obviously are not covered by the observations quoted hereinabove. Instead, this Civil Application is obviously an attempt at reviewing the earlier order and extension of the interim relief which was expressly refused by a reasoned order. Under the circumstances, this Civil Application is rejected for being misconceived, vexatious and based on incorrect assumptions.
