JUDGMENT / ORDER

It appears that there are more than one obstacles in the way of the petitioner in getting final admission into M.E. (Electrical).
The provisional admission was subject to the petitioner producing equivalency certificate to B.E. (Electrical) but the petitioner has qualification of B.E. (Instrumentation and Control). The advertisement under which the petitioner applied clearly specified that the admission would be available to the same branch in which graduation is obtained in engineering.
Besides, a letter from the employer was required to be furnished stating that the candidate was being sponsored to get the admission. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is under employment in the Government of Gujarat and the Director of Technical Education was required to furnish the sponsorship certificate. Even that also has not been furnished by the petitioner.
In view of what is stated above, the grievance voiced by the petitioner against the withdrawal of provisional admission cannot be entertained. Hence this petition is rejected. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
