#. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the main matter being Special Civil Application No.4578 of 1997 has already been disposed of on 2.7.2001.

#. In view of this statement, in our opinion, nothing further is required to be done in both these Civil Applications. The learned counsel for the applicants therefore seeks liberty to withdraw both these Civil Applications with liberty to file substantive petition in case of necessity. Leave granted. The Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
