Learned counsel Mr. R. N. Singh fairly stated at the outset that the appeal is entirely covered by decision dated 10.11.2012 of Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.1712 of 2011 and allied matters, and hence the appeal is required to be disposed as rejected, without any elaborate order. Learned counsel for the respondent having no objection and the issues having been conceded to be same as in the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal No.1712 of 2011, the appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs.
