1.The Registry is directed to examine the original record of the appeal, as also the Civil Applications and to ascertain the correct names of the advocates, (1) who appear for the original appellant in the first appeal, and whether Mr. N.C.Thakkar or Mr.N.K.Thakkar has filed appearance for any of the respondents in the first appeal, whether Mr. N.C.Thakkar appears for respondent No.4 or respondent No.1, or whether Mr. D.C.Dave appears for respondent No.1. After ascertaining the correct factual position, the endorsement on the Board as regards the appearances shall be corrected, if necessary.
