Appearance vs Counsel

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Counsel for the applicant pointed out that learned Single Judge by his order dated 6.9.2010 directed the respondents to pay pension and gratuity to the petitioner for services rendered by her deceased husband. He submitted that so far, the applicant has not received any intimation of the respondents having challenged such decision of learned Single Judge in Letters Patent Appeal. Order is not yet complied with.
