C.M. Shah, learned APP for the respondent - State of Gujarat states that again the Police Inspector has been sent to Bihar to trace out the corpus `Puja' and he has not returned till today. In view of this, she has prayed to adjourn the matter till the Police Inspector returns from Bihar.

Manan A Shah, learned Advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the Order dated 23.6.2010, passed by the Division Bench of this Court wherein it has been directed the Commissioner of Police, Surat, to entrust the work to the officer not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, to inquire and trace out the corpus and produce before this Court. He has submitted that in spite of the order passed by this Court, the respondent has entrusted the work to the Police Inspector to find out the corpus instead of entrusting the work to the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
3 In view of this, the Police Commissioner, Surat, is directed to remain personally present before the Court on the next date. SO to 18.11.2010.
4 Registry is directed to supply a copy of this order to the learned APP during the course of the day.
