Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. Learned counsel for the appellant has taken me carefully through the impugned judgement and order. I have also referred to such evidence on record to which my attention has been drawn by the learned counsel for the appellant.

I am in general agreement with the appreciation of evidence on the part of the Railway Claims Tribunal, the conclusions drawn therefrom and the findings of fact recorded. I see no justification for interfering with the impugned judgement and order by way of the present appeal. This appeal is, therefore, summarily dismissed.
