1. Heard learned counsel Shri Rajesh Chauhan for Shri Munshaw for the applicants and learned counsel Shri B.S. Patel for the respondent.
2. Counsel Shri Chauhan stated that the amount, as directed by this Court in order dated 21.2.2012, has been deposited.
3. In view of the above, it would be open for the respondent to withdraw such amount from the District Court after providing immovable security to the satisfaction of the said Court.
4. With the above direction, Civil Application is disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
5. It would be open to the respondent to seek early hearing of the appeal after the paper-book is prepared.
