Appeal is admitted.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION:
1. RULE.
Learned advocate Shri B.S. Patel waives service on behalf of respondent.
2. On condition that the applicant deposits 75% of the decretal amount with proportionate costs and interest before the Trial Court latest by 30th May 2012, there shall be stay against the execution of the arbitral award, as confirmed by the District Court,
3. As and when such amount is deposited, it would be open for the respondent to withdraw the same after providing immovable security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. If the amount is not deposited within the time permitted, this interim relief granted to the applicant shall stand automatically vacated.
4. Civil Application is disposed of. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
